At Tyger by the Tail, we want you to feel as bold as our collections; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your items in their original box.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
